Job Description

1. About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior or Mid- Level Web Developer who possesses a solid understanding of HTML and CSS and is passionate about building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites.

The ideal candidate is an eager learner, comfortable collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into functional web interfaces, resolve layout issues, and continually enhance existing web pages.

2. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain clean, structured, and maintainable web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
Create responsive, mobile-first website layouts optimized for diverse devices and screen sizes.
Convert design specifications (Figma/UI designs) into interactive and functional web interfaces.
Ensure visual consistency, optimal user experience, and brand alignment across all web pages.
Work closely with senior developers to implement new website features and functionality updates.
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix UI bugs, layout glitches, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
Optimize web pages for maximum speed, performance, and overall responsiveness.
Assist in quality assurance testing across multiple web browsers and mobile devices.
Learn and integrate basic JavaScript and modern web technologies as project requirements evolve.
Collaborate actively with design and development teams to drive continuous website improvements.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

Good understanding of HTML5 & CSS3
Basic knowledge of Responsive Web Design
Understanding of Flexbox & CSS Grid layouts
Basic proficiency with Browser Developer Tools
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
High willingness to learn new technologies

Good-to-Have Skills

Basic JavaScript (JS) knowledge
Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
Basic understanding of Git / GitHub version control
Fundamental understanding of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD design tools

4. Education & Experience

B.E. / B.Tech (CS/IT), B.Sc. IT, BCA, MCA, or an equivalent technical qualification.
6 months to 1 year experience candidates with internship done/project experience are welcome to apply.
