About the Role
We’re looking for Software Engineers who want to be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare with technology. We are aggressively deploying cutting-edge AI in clinical settings to dramatically improve health outcomes for our members. You’ll work across the full stack — building the platforms, integrations, and AI-powered experiences that power our member journey from booking through diagnostics and beyond.
This is a high-impact role on a lean, fast-moving engineering team where your contributions are visible and meaningful from day one.

What You’ll Do
•      Build and maintain web and mobile applications that deliver engaging, AI-powered user experiences across the Fountain Life platform
•      Develop integrations between our platform and diverse healthcare data vendors, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and security
•      Write clean, well-tested code and participate in thoughtful code reviews to maintain high standards across the team
•      Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure system reliability at scale
•      Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and data teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into elegant technical solutions
•      Proactively identify technical debt and propose innovative solutions to level up the team’s capabilities
•      Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape the technical direction of the platform as we scale

What You Bring
•      2+ years of professional experience developing cloud-based applications
•      Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
•      Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
•      Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
•      Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
•      Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
•      Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment with a small team
•      Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have
•      Experience working with AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.)
•      Healthcare or healthtech industry experience
•      Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems and handling PHI
•      Familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL processes
•      Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, or native)
•      Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits
•      Salary range: $120,000–$160,000 (depending on experience)
