Electro-Mechanical Technician
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000+ per year

Position Overview
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced production equipment.
This role combines mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues
- 480V three-phase motors
- AC/DC drives
- PLC systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Work directly with customers and team members to resolve technical issues
- Document maintenance activities and service findings
Required Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, or repairing industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or related equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or technical training in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Automotive Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field

Schedule & Training Requirements
- Full-time position
- 50 hours per week onsite in Lexington area (One to two weeks per month)
- 40% travel to customer sites outside of Lexington
- Primarily day shift schedule
- Occasional weekend work as needed
