Summary: Labcorp is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist I (Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant) to join their team. The role involves preparing and maintaining reports, completing provider enrollment applications, and managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare, maintain, and update reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word - Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy and attention to detail - Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents - Manage inter-office mail, document scanning, and secure handling of confidential materials - Support departmental projects, including denial resolution activities and inventory tracking - Utilize Adobe Pro and internal systems/portals for document management and data entry - Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment or credentialing, payer support, or administrative roles - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of internal Labcorp billing systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Pro, and online portals Required Skills: Healthcare administration, Provider enrollment, Microsoft Office Important Skills: Adobe Pro Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Stock Purchase Plan
