Procurement Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | On-Site.

FORMA CONCEPT is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the sourcing and procurement of materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, sanitary ware, joinery, and other products for our interior design and fit-out projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, or joinery.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE supplier and materials market.
• Excellent negotiation, cost control, and supplier management skills.
• Experience managing quotations, purchase orders, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, project managers, site teams, and suppliers.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
