Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for production activities of assembly line.
• Responsible for production plan to meet target.
• Responsible for Shop Safety, product quality & shop floor improvement activities.
• Manage and motivate team members, technicians & workers.
• Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of Individual & group targets.
• Liaison with support (Quality, Maintenance, Stores) departments to achieve production targets
• Manpower Resource planning.
• Takes overall accountability for delivering results.
• Able to drive SQPDCME target to achieve results
• Knowledge of Vehicle Assembly Shop
• Ensuring quality & Delivery output of the assign area.
• Monitoring & Analysis line stoppage
• Knowledge of Assembly Production processes- Chassis /Trim /Testing /EOL
• Knowledge of line balancing, time study.
• Good Understanding of basic Automobile system like Engine, Gearbox, Axle.
• Knowledge of the application of Lean tools in manufacturing
• Awareness of Assembly Process, Kaizen, 7 QC tool, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, IATF.
