Junior Mechanical Engineer at Forace Speciality Chem in Haridwar

Roles and Responsibilities :

*Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems in the resin plant.
 
* Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, reactors, compressors, gearboxes, and heat exchangers.
 
* Coordinate maintenance during shutdowns and turnarounds with production and EHS teams.
 
* Participate in root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
 
* Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or modifications.

 *Hands-on experience with pumps, agitators, valves, and pressure vessels

* Proficient in SAP PM or other ERP

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of agitators, conveyors, gear boxes, mixers, reactors, vacuum pumps, and other mechanical components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques using problem-solving skills.
