Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop
- Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons
- Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time
- Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized
- Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready
- Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product
- Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals
- Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up
- Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment
- Have a solution-oriented mindset
- Jump in where needed to support the team

Required Qualifications:
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
