Executive Multi-Unit Leadership and Growth Appointment Fogão Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse is seeking an exceptionally accomplished, commercially astute, and operationally formidable General Manager / Managing Director to assume executive responsibility for the leadership, performance, discipline, profitability, and strategic development of our current two-location restaurant operation.

This is not a conventional General Manager position. It is a senior hospitality leadership appointment for a proven multi-unit operator capable of managing with ownership-level judgment, financial discipline, strategic vision, and uncompromising standards.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the complete operating performance of two premium Brazilian steakhouse locations and will be expected to help build the leadership structure, systems, controls, and operating foundation necessary to support future expansion into additional locations and markets.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
