They are seeking a Billing & Settlement Specialist to manage accounts receivable and payable functions, support financial closing activities, and maintain operational records. Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) functions - Process expense reports, vendor registrations, and customer registrations - Support monthly financial closing activities - Monitor and manage A/P and A/R aging reports to ensure timely payments and collections - Maintain and compile operational records including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data - Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation before processing check requests - Maintain organized and accurate records in compliance with company policies - Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Korean preferred Required Skills: Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Microsoft Excel, Bilingual English and Korean Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance, Life, STD, LTD Insurance, 401(K) Plan, Paid Time Off, Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.), Years of Service Awards, Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
