What You'll Do:

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries
• Set appointments and follow up with potential customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Use CRM tools to track leads, update customer records, and manage follow-ups

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in customer service, retail, or call center a plus (automotive preferred but not required)
