They are seeking an Associate Technician to support the asset redeployment process by inspecting, testing, and preparing devices for reuse, ensuring high standards of product quality. Responsibilities: - Ensure devices are evaluated, tested, and prepared for reuse - Inspect assets and verify functionality before they’re sent back out to customers - Maintain product quality standards for redeployed assets Required Qualifications: - 1+ year of experience in warehouse or assembly environment - Basic knowledge of computer skills, Salesforce, Google Suite and email - Physically capable of performing receiving and material handling activities - Willing to complete Flock Safety forklift certification - Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs - Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance - Ability to work safely, minding personal and team safety in daily operations - Basic math skills - Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers - Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work - Able to think on your feet and while using your hands - Time-management and communication skills - Highly organized Required Skills: Warehouse experience, Asset management Important Skills: Salesforce, Google Suite Nice-to-Have Skills: Forklift certification, Basic math skills, Time-management skills, Communication skills, Organizational skills Benefits: Flexible PTO : We offer non-accrual PTO, plus 11 company holidays., Fully-paid health benefits plan for employees : including Medical, Dental, and Vision and an HSA match., Family Leave : All employees receive 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave.
