Talent Acquisition Intern at Flipkart in Bhiwandi

What You Will Do

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing (70% Focus)
• Sourcing Candidates: Screen profiles across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), local networks, and database searches for diverse warehouse and corporate roles.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial phone screenings to gauge candidate experience, communication skills, and role fitment.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and align interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers; ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate trackers and help build a talent pool for high-volume hiring needs.
• Local Hiring Support: Help execute drive-based or walk-in hiring activities around the Bhiwandi / Thane region.

2. HR Operations & Administration (30% Focus)
• Onboarding & Induction: Assist in gathering documentation, verifying background details, and facilitating first-day orientation for new hires.
• Employee Records Management: Help maintain digital and physical personnel files, attendance records, and leave logs.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Assist in organizing team engagement activities, festive celebrations, and warehouse staff well-being initiatives.
• HR Support: Help address basic employee queries and assist senior HR team members with daily operational tasks and reports.
