Account Executive - Enterprise (m/f/d) at Flip GmbH · United…

Empower every employee.

AI has changed how office workers get things done. For the 80% of the global workforce that doesn't sit at a desk, it has barely arrived. Flip AI is changing that.

Flip AI is the #1 Frontline Agentic Operating System (OS) to build, automate and orchestrate any frontline use case on a foundation of secure identity and comms with strong UX. In practice, that means one app where frontline workers in retail, manufacturing and logistics access their systems, run their processes, and use AI.

More than 1,000 brands trust Flip AI, and over two million people use it worldwide, at companies like Bosch, REWE, FORVIA HELLA and Greif. In August 2026, Notion Capital and HV Capital doubled down with a new $25M round, bringing our total funding to more than $85M.

Our mission: Connect every employee to everything they need in one touch.

Job description

Flip is building its US business right now. You will join our first US Account Executive to build the motion from the ground up, with direct access to our founders and a product that already wins in the European enterprise market.

There is no inherited playbook and no twelve-layer approval chain. What you build here becomes how Flip sells in the US. You’ll win strategically important new customers in the 1,000–5,000+ employee segment, confidently manage complex sales cycles, and help elevate our Enterprise and Strategic business to the next level. Along the way, you’ll position Flip as the leading solution for a new era of internal communications.

What you can expect

• Own Your Enterprise Territory You’ll identify and win international enterprise accounts, build a high-impact pipeline, and drive complex deals from first touch to close.
• Lead with Insight & Trust You act as a strategic sparring partner for C-level stakeholders as well as HR, IT, and Communications leaders. You guide multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence and bring real value into the Buying Center.
• Be the Flip Ambassador You deeply understand our ideal customer profiles, translate our value into tailored, tangible solutions, and position Flip with clarity and conviction.
• Drive Growth, Together You collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop creative growth strategies and orchestrate a winning team across the buyer journey.
• Sell What You Believe In You contribute directly to our company’s success - by living our values, sharing our vision, and embedding them in how you sell.

What you bring to the table

• 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on Mid-Market & Enterprise customers (1,000–5,000+ employees) and a strong track record in winning new logos.
• You’re a true hunter - new business is your passion and strength.
• You're known for consistently exceeding your sales targets.
• You navigate complex buying centers with ease, collaborating with stakeholders from HR, IT, Communications, and the C-level.
• You manage sales cycles in a structured and strategic way - using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
• You’re fluent in English, with strong communication skills at the executive level (written and verbal).
• You value face-to-face connection and are open to traveling for key team events, QBRs, or customer meetings.

What we offer you

• Work mode: We’re remote-first, giving you flexibility to work from home.
• Plan for the long run: Participate in our 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar company match of up to 3% of your salary.
• Stay healthy: We contribute 75–90% toward your medical and dental coverage at basic level.
• Peace of mind: Company-funded basic disability coverage, fully paid by Flip AI.
• Real time off: 20 days of paid vacation plus all company-observed holidays – and a culture that encourages you to actually use them.
• AI is how we work: Access to frontier AI tools is standard here, not something you request. We actively encourage heavy use across each department.
• Real ownership: direct access to leadership, short decision paths and the room to shape what US sales motion at Flip AI becomes
• A team you'll actually meet: the whole company gets together twice a year (e.g. Stuttgart & Barcelona 2026)

At Flip AI, everyone is welcome - no matter what gender you identify as or how old you are. Sexual identity, origin, religion, world view and disabilities do not influence your potential job at Flip AI. The most important thing is that YOU fit in!
