Job Summary Internship- Hardware Engineer We are looking for students or early‑career professionals with a Hardware Engineering background to join Flex Design Center in Milan. As a Hardware Engineer Trainee, you will work with the latest technologies, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to real products that improve patients’ lives worldwide. What a typical day looks like: Support electronic hardware design activities (schematics, components, basic PCB tasks). Participate in lab testing, prototyping, debugging, and validation. Prepare technical documentation and test reports. Collaborate closely with firmware and mechanical teams. Take part in design reviews and team technical discussions. Here is some of what you’ll need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or close to graduation). Good knowledge of electronics and laboratory measurements. Interest in medical devices and advanced technology. Good English, curiosity, and strong teamwork attitude. Good academic results, especially in electronics, circuits, and systems.
