Inventory Coordinator/Outfitter at Fleet Feet in Delray Beach, FL

Responsibilities:
- Assist on the sales floor by outfitting customers and supporting store initiatives
- Receive and process all incoming products in the point of sale system accurately and efficiently
- Fulfill online customer orders, ensuring items are correctly picked, packed, and ready for curbside pickup or shipping
- Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Process product returns per Standard Operating Procedures
- Prepare and complete store transfers as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional back-of-house inventory area
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution

Required Qualifications:
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort with inventory systems
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills and organizational habits
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivated and dependable with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to support other team members and go above and beyond when needed
- Customer-focused and collaborative with a positive team-first mindset
