Summary: Fivos Group is a rapidly expanding consulting and recruiting firm specializing in industrial maintenance, skilled trades, and engineering support. The Recruiter will source and evaluate candidates, build relationships with job seekers, coordinate interviews, and manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through outbound calls, ATS/CRM (Bullhorn), social media, and networking events
- Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and characteristics
- Build relationships with job seekers and act on their best interests
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with both candidates, customers, and colleagues
- Manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines

Required Qualifications:
- Entry Level, Mid-level, Senior Level experience accepted
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Critical thinking and high value decision making
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Proven experience hitting KPIs, quotas, and deadlines
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Coachable with a desire to develop personally and professionally
- Must be within Greenville, SC, Atlanta, GA, Columbia, SC, or Charlotte, NC areas

Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales, recruiting, or manufacturing experience is a plus
