No remodeling expertise is required. We provide paid training, approved talking points and the tools you need to feel confident. The best promoters are enthusiastic and goal-oriented while remaining genuine, respectful and never overly pushy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

· An outgoing, approachable personality and confidence speaking with new people. · Reliability, punctuality and commitment to assignments once accepted. · A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· A professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude. · Comfort working independently and following a conversational script without sounding scripted. · Strong communication, active-listening and interpersonal skills. · Customer service, retail, promotional, event or sales experience is helpful but not required; home-improvement experience is a plus · If you can comfortably start a conversation with almost anyone; are approachable, dependable and enthusiastic without being pushy; and you understand that great event marketing begins with genuine connections, attentive listening and helping interested homeowners take the next step then YOU WILL THRIVE HERE.

Shift details shared in advance whenever possible.
