They are seeking energetic and responsible interns for their Summer 2026 program to participate in strategic projects and contribute to the company’s success. Responsibilities: - Lead a white space analysis to identify new product opportunities across Bag Charms, Craft, Art Supplies, and Regional/Collegiate Shops - Research social media platforms, competitive retail environments, and peer insights to discover emerging trends - Conduct a deep-dive merchandise review referencing current assortments for guidance - Curate a compelling assortment grounded in both research and personal consumer perspective - Present midpoint findings to the buying team to refine priority opportunities - Collaborate cross-functionally to build a comprehensive proposal deck - Culminate the program in a final presentation to the Merchandising team Required Qualifications: - Must be actively enrolled as rising Junior, Senior, Grad Student or recent Grad with a relevant background. Those studying under an associate's certificate or similar program may be considered if coursework and skills fit the individual project requirements - Minimum 3.0 GPA - Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software - Must be available for the full 10-week program as space is limited - Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented - Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively - Knowledge and passion for our brand is a plus!
