Fisher Organization is expanding our remote sales team and looking for motivated professionals who are ready to take their skills in a new direction.

Whether your background is in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, healthcare, recruiting, administration, or another field, many of the skills you've already developed—communication, problem-solving, discipline, and working with people—can translate into a successful sales career.

No previous insurance or sales experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a structured development process.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with individuals and families
• Learn to identify client needs and present appropriate benefit and life insurance solutions
• Conduct virtual presentations and follow up with prospective clients
• Build long-term client relationships
• Learn and follow a proven sales process
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Compensation

Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$100,000 based on performance.

This is a commission-based sales position with no guaranteed base salary. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance.

Licensing

Because this position involves life insurance sales, candidates selected to move forward must obtain the appropriate state insurance license. Guidance and support are provided throughout the licensing process.
