Job Description
Summary: Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers. The Summer Intern - Product Management role offers practical experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure product success
- Assist in product development and management activities
- Help with documentation and reporting of product performance
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success
- Help with documentation and reporting of product performance
- Support creation and refinement of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies
Required Qualifications:
- Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management
- 3.0+ GPA
- 0-2 years of professional work experience
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship experience
- Majors such as Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or Trello
- Ability to break down complex problems and translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
