Job Description
Summary: Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers. The Data Analyst in the Corporate Analyst Program will support business reporting, data analysis, and project coordination activities to help teams make informed decisions and deliver strong outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of business projects to help maintain timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution
- Participate in project meetings, document key decisions, and maintain project materials and reporting artifacts
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, summarize performance, and present findings in accessible formats for stakeholders
- Assist account managers with standard reporting, recurring analysis, and preparation of materials used in business reviews and presentations
- Identify potential project risks, escalate issues as appropriate, and support mitigation planning with project teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather information, align on priorities, and support successful project execution
- Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, and similar reporting platforms to organize, analyze, and communicate information

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis, business analysis, project coordination, reporting, internship experience, academic projects, or a combination of these in a business, analytics, or operations environment
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to build reports, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or project documentation with attention to accuracy and organization
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support research, summarization, reporting, or decision support through clear prompt construction, targeted follow-up questions, and refinement of inputs to improve output quality
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with Client 360, Smart Guide, artificial intelligence tools, bot tools, or similar business support platforms
- Experience presenting data insights in a clear format for business or non-technical audiences
- Internship experience in analytics, reporting, operations, account support, or project management
