Summary: FirstService Residential is a leading provider of property management services, and they are seeking a Front Desk Associate to serve as the face of their service at the properties they support. The role involves greeting residents and guests, monitoring building access, and providing quality service while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees​
- Monitoring and controlling access to the building​
- Handling deliveries and packages ​
- Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out
- Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system​
- Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues ​
- Maintaining daily records and forms​
- Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment
- Other duties as needed

- The incumbent must be on call at all times and able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed
- Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
