Customer Care Executive at Firstmeridian Global Services in Remote

Role: Customer Delight Associate

Languages- Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Bengali or Marathi (English and Hindi is Mandatory)

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat & voice support.
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and deliveries.
• Deliver quick, accurate, and empathetic customer service.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer support (chat/voice) or CRM experience is preferred.
