ASSISTANT CAMP BOSS
We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Camp Boss to join our contracting company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management and supervision of labor camp operations.
- Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance records.
- Track employee absences, leave, and late arrivals.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and HR regarding employee attendance.
- Maintain proper records of camp occupants and employee movements.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper facilities within the labor camp.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Camp Boss or management.
