Summary: First Central Savings Bank is looking to hire the ideal finance intern. This individual will assist in the fiscal operation and activities of an assigned accounting function area. Responsibilities: - Post journal entries to general ledger - Prepare financial reports and various accounting statements - Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly reconciliations - Archive daily & monthly work for the department - Assist with scanning of the departments daily work - Prepare payroll entries - Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - strong verbal and written communication - high level of efficiency - high level of accuracy - high level of responsibility - proficient with computers - proficient with different finance software programs Required Skills: Journal Entries, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Accounting Statements, Reconciliations, Payroll Entries, Finance Software
