Undergraduate Intern - AI Enablement… at First American · Remote

The AI Enablement Intern will work on practical applications of Artificial Intelligence to enhance the efficiency and quality of strategic initiatives within the organization. Responsibilities: - Partner with project managers and stakeholders to identify practical opportunities to apply AI to real business challenges - Identify repetitive and time-intensive tasks and prototype AI-enabled solutions to reduce administrative effort and improve consistency - Design and test structured prompts or custom AI assistants to support repeatable tasks such as meeting minutes, action tracking, and standardized reporting - Evaluate results, gather feedback, and recommend refinements or next steps - Document findings and create simple playbooks to support continued adoption after the internship - Support additional strategic initiatives as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in and consistently working toward completion of a Bachelor's in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field - Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively across teams - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities - Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce professional content - Analytical mindset with interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and applied business technology - Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications; familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools is a plus Required Skills: Artificial Intelligence Important Skills: Data Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Collaboration Skills Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave, Employee stock purchase plan
