• Coordinate financial systems and business process integration, working with accountable technology and functional experts to support readiness and transition.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, defining measurable success criteria and tailoring project management practices to each initiative while managing scope, milestones, dependencies, ownership, risks, issues, and changes.
• Provide senior leaders with actionable visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to reassess priorities, evaluate trade-offs, remove barriers, and drive resolution or timely escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional business readiness, stabilization, and handoff to operational owners.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business field
• PMP Certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong executive communication and influence, including presenting decisions, recommendations, and trade-offs.
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Connect strategic objectives to execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional projects using sound judgment and established governance practices.
