Product Management Intern - REMOTE at First American in Remote

The Product Management Intern will support the Product Management team by engaging with stakeholders, analyzing product data, assisting users, and collaborating on product development. Responsibilities: - Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations - Collect, analyze, and interpret product-related data to understand trends and make informed product improvement recommendations - Assist product users, address inquiries, and help resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience with the product - Assist in product development cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall product strategy - Engage with cross-functional teams, map launch plans, and prepare methods for collecting user feedback following launch Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university - Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2026 and ending in August/September 2026 Preferred Qualifications: - Majoring in business, technology, or a related field is preferred - Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships Required Skills: Stakeholder Engagement, Product Analytics, Product Support, Product Development Important Skills: GTM Strategy, Business Major, Technology Major Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave, Employee stock purchase plan
