The AI Undergraduate Internship offers college students the opportunity to gain experience in AI initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and enhance operational efficiency through AI-powered tools. Responsibilities: - Create, manage, and support custom GPTs and other AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive business initiatives - Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to identify AI opportunities and support implementation efforts - Document AI initiatives, including use cases, requirements, and outcomes, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders - Define and track measurable business value for AI initiatives, including performance metrics and ROI - Develop clear and concise summaries and updates on AI initiatives for internal stakeholders and leadership - Support the development, definition, and ongoing maintenance of the Lender Division AI engagement strategy - Communicate AI strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively across teams to ensure alignment and adoption - Stay informed on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve internal capabilities Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - Strong interest in artificial intelligence, product management, and business strategy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GPT-based platforms) - An interest and willingness to learn about the Mortgage, Real Estate, Financial, Title Insurance or related industries - The ability to solve problems, be detailed oriented and be conscientious about all work completed - An ingrained concern for the customer and representing our Company in the best professional manner as possible - The potential to excel in the following competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Ethics & Integrity, Teamwork & Adaptability, Productivity & Initiative - Outstanding interpersonal skills Required Skills: Artificial Intelligence, GPT-based Platforms, Product Management, Business Strategy, Analytical Mindset, Ethics & Integrity, Productivity Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave, Employee stock purchase plan
