- Ensure SAP projects are completed on time and within approved budgets.
- Meet business and stakeholder requirements effectively.
- Maintain high SAP system uptime and availability.
- Minimize critical system incidents and unplanned downtime.
- Improve SAP system performance and reduce processing times.
- Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction with SAP services.

- Implement innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure successful completion of compliance and audit requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate SAP-related risks.
- Improve productivity and operational efficiency across the value chain.
- Develop and execute the SAP strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify process improvement opportunities through SAP.
- Oversee SAP system operations, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
- Continuously optimize SAP modules and business processes.
- Manage SAP upgrades, patches, enhancements, and technology improvements.
- Collaborate with Purchase, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Production teams to address business needs.
- Prepare and present SAP project status and performance reports to management.
- Manage implementation partners and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with SAP vendors and service providers.
- Drive productivity improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the value chain.
- Implement industry best practices and emerging technologies within the SAP landscape.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance requirements.
