Summary: Findhelp, A Public Benefit Corporation, is changing the way people connect to social care through their comprehensive platform of products and services. They are seeking a UX Summer Intern to join their design team, where the intern will support UX designers in creating features, assist in user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Work directly with our UX designers and researchers to support end-to-end features, from initial wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes - Help us build and document our Figma component library. You’ll learn how to create scalable, accessible UI elements - Assist in gathering user insights, sitting in on usability tests, and synthesizing feedback into actionable design changes - Conduct UI audits of our existing platform to identify inconsistencies and suggest 'quick win' improvements - Participate in design critiques and sync with engineers to understand the technical constraints of your designs - See your work become live, support developers in getting it out the door Required Qualifications: - A portfolio that showcases process and product thinking.
