Appointment Setter at Financial Services of America in Troy, MI

Summary: Financial Services of America is a Michigan-based retirement planning firm that provides personalized guidance and financial services to individuals and families. The Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative will connect with prospective clients, build rapport, answer questions, and schedule appointments for financial advisors. The role also involves follow-up communications, CRM recordkeeping, collaboration with team members, and meeting appointment-setting goals.

Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients provided by the company
- Build rapport and establish trust through professional conversations
- Introduce prospective clients to Financial Services of America and our services
- Schedule appointments for our financial advisors
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text communications as needed
- Maintain accurate records and notes within our CRM system
- Work closely with advisors and team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Consistently meet activity and appointment-setting goals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client engagement

Preferred Qualifications:
