Presales Consultant at Finacus Solutions in Mumbai (All Areas)

Job Profile:

We're looking for a dynamic and technically sound presales professional to support sales team by providing product expertise, solution design, and client-facing demonstrations, POCs, responding to RFI/RFPs and preparing technical proposal. The role involves working closely with banks, NBFCs, product based company, and financial institutions to understand their requirements and propose Finacus digital banking and payment solutions.

Role & responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to support client acquisition and deal closures
• Understand customer business requirements and map them to Finacus products and solutions
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of concepts (POCs)
• Create customized solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation
• Act as a bridge between sales, product, and technical teams
• Support solution architecture discussions related to payments, digital banking, UPI, AEPS, IMPS, APIs, and middleware
• Assist in pricing, effort estimation, and solution feasibility analysis
• Stay updated with fintech trends, regulatory guidelines, and competitor offerings
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions

Core Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting in BFSI domain
• Understanding of banking, payments, and digital financial solutions
• Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, and transaction flows
• Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Experience handling RFPs/RFIs and enterprise clients is a plu

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Core Banking, Payment Gateways, UPI, IMPS, AEPS, BBPS, or Wallet systems
• Prior experience working with banks, NBFCs, or large BFSI organizations
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RBI, NPCI)
• Understanding of NPCI products and payment systems such as UPI, IMPS, AEPS, BBPS, FASTag, and RuPay
• Exposure to working with banks, sponsor banks, and NPCI ecosystem participants for payment product implementations
