They are seeking a Summer Intern for their Corporate Client Coverage program, where students will gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and develop skills necessary for a career in banking. Responsibilities: - Build and understand complex financial models - Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight - Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant presentations to support the effort of the team - Work well as part of a team - Develop good working relationships with peers and seniors in Credit, Capital Markets and the rest of the organization - Manage priorities while working on a number of high priority opportunities simultaneously - Complete basic credit and corporate finance overview and analysis independently - Serve as support to the Managing Directors and be capable of making internal and external software programs Required Qualifications: - Pursuing Bachelor's degree with strong financial or business background - Graduation date between December 2027 - May 2028 ONLY - Minimum 3.3 GPA required - Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written - Strong analytical skills and an interest in financial analysis, corporate finance and financial markets - Good working knowledge of financial modeling and valuation - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to draw conclusions based on financial data - Strong presentation and organization skills - Process orientation and attention to detail Required Skills: Financial modeling, Financial analysis Important Skills: Analytical skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Organization skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2027 Summer Benefits: Comprehensive benefits, Differentiated compensation offerings
