Seeking a systems analyst with superb analysis and technical skills to support critical, high volume production platforms in the Customer Financial Communications area. This role will involve reviewing business requirements, systems requirements and capability analysis, solution design, and working closely with business partners and the development team.

The Team
We are an engineering team that is part of the Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology organization. Working together and with other engineering and product teams, we deliver the right financial communications products to our customers by aligning the right skillsets to the most critical business priorities. The work is diverse, challenging, and provides continuous learning and growth opportunities.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Candidates should have 10 years’ experience in a systems analysis role (ideally with 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry).
Candidates should have demonstrable abilities/expertise in the following areas:
Lead and facilitate the process of gathering business requirements through interviewing or conducting group requirements session and generate detailed business requirements/stories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, breaking down complex business problems by understanding the business needs, creating understanding of how digital solutions may meet those needs.
Analyze and document current workflows, identify opportunities to meet project objectives, and make recommendations for future approaches.
Develop user definitions, use cases and workflow diagrams to illustrate business problems.
Actively participate in formal presentations/updates to various audiences.
Positivity and strength in working within a high performing team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are key to communicating effectively with technology partners and understanding their requirements.
Prior Mainframe development expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 and VSAM is highly preferred
Knowledge of distributed technologies would be a plus
