Principal Systems Analyst - Grade 6
The Role
As a Principal Systems Analyst you will play a critical role in bridging business needs withtechnologysolutions.You will need to collaborate extensively with other teams within the product area and across the domain. Your work will ensure that our systems and processes are welldefined andaligned to delivernewtechnologyproducts while improving existing functionality within a complex enterprise environment.
Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Technical Translation:Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Process Analysis:Diagramcurrent workflows andidentifyopportunities for optimization.
Stakeholder Communication:Facilitatemeetings, workshops, and demos to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Solution Validation:Support testing and user acceptance to confirm solutions meet requirements.
Data Analysis:Interpret data to support decision-making andvalidateassumptions.
Documentation:Maintainclear and comprehensive documentationand standardsfor requirements, processes, and system changes.
Continuous Improvement:Recommend enhancementsand design changestonew and existingsystems and processes based on performance metrics and feedback.

We are seeking a candidate with a proventrack recordin analytical and problem-solving skills. Your excellent written and verbal communication abilities allow you to understand complex systems, develop use cases, and convey business requirements to various groups.
Bachelor’s degreepreferred
5-8+ years of relevant workexperience as an IT Systems Analyst
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization
Thorough knowledge of softwaredevelopmentlifecycle methodologies
Experiencein systems integration and testing to ensure requirements have been fulfilled
Effective problem solverwithprovenability toaddress root causestohigh-impact problems.
Moderate to advanced knowledge of tools and techniques for presenting and analyzing data including SQL, Excel,etc.
Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred; exposure to investment management and/or wealth management is a plus
Establishedproficiencyin conveying ideas and recommendations toimpacta wide range of team members
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience inwriting user/system stories andmaintainingaccuratetechnical documentation.
Technical skills with:AWS and cloud‑based solutions, APIs & Web Services,SQLand relational databases (e.g.Oracle)
