The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5 years’ professional experience 2 years in financial planning experience, with project management or product development background preferred with a passion for financial wellness! Experience working with deployment and enablement teams to bring digital experiences to market, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution Product development skills, including crafting clear and actionable business requirements and understanding client experience and system requirements. Possess analysis skills with the ability to understand how data and experiences work within a complex ecosystem Can work in a fast-paced and frequently ambiguous environment. Thinks strategically about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement. Enabling work across business units and teams to ensure the best client experiences. Our work sits at the intersection of technology, design, and financial insight—creating real impact for the people who use it. The base salary range for this position is $66,000-125,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
