What You’ll Contribute
Develop, articulate, and refine FICO value specific to client needs.
Negotiate and drive to execution sales of value added services, renewals and change requests.
Negotiate and execute renewals of existing FICO software and solutions.
Prepare and present client business reviews and account status reviews.
Determine and oversee actions required to deal with any customer satisfaction issues.
Provide support to a variety of leader(s)/team(s), and work with cross-functional international teams, across multiple time zones.
Create/revise presentations and documents.
Maintain/update various tracking spreadsheets and dashboards.
What We’re Seeking
Strong focus on sales and customer relationship management with proven success in supporting or delivering creative solutions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated through presentation development and delivery experience.
Proven problem-solving skills demonstrated by examples of creative and forward-thinking solutions to business issues.
Enjoyment when working with others cross functionally as part of solution or opportunity team.
Analytical ability and experience in preparing executive reports.
Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience working in a commercial environment.
Advanced or fluent English and Spanish.
