The role involves analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer journey from lead generation to final conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in sales funnel management or digital marketing
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates
• Hands-on experience with funnel-building and CRM tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, HubSpot)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
• Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
