Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analytics / Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve overall performance. You will create reports and dashboards, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights to different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Monitor business performance and identify trends
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• Proven experience in data analysis or reporting
• Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with BI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Python or R
• Background in marketing or business analytics
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data tools
