Summary: Festival Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time front-desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for their veterinary clients. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointment details, handling payments, and ensuring a positive client experience while being part of a compassionate team dedicated to animal care. Responsibilities: - Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms - Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments - Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests.
