Key Responsibilities:

• Source new LAP business through field visits, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.
• Acquire and maintain relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing.
• Ensure timely documentation, customer onboarding, and disbursement.
• Monitor market activities and identify new business opportunities.
