Job Description
Summary: The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is part of the nation’s central bank, recognized for its outstanding employment practices. They are seeking a Supervision, Credit Risk, and Statistics Intern to gain practical experience and contribute to business process improvements and analytical solutions in the banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Help teams identify business process improvements, efficiencies and design and/or implement analytical solutions leveraging emerging technologies (AI/LLM/NLP)
- Apply technical and business skills to develop and enhance impactful data visualization and dashboards
- Assist with data validation and reporting accuracy and integrity
- Help with preparing training materials for upcoming seminars
- Engage in leadership and career development activities for your future
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Should have at least one semester left to complete in school
- Strong computer/technical skills required
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and ability to multitask
- Ability to work both in a group setting and on an individual basis
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience with NLP and LLM preferred
- Proficiency with Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
