As a Community Fiber Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of fiber internet and generate new customer sign-ups in your assigned territory. Responsibilities: - Engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-person conversations - Educate residents on the benefits of FastBridge Fiber internet and services - Generate leads, referrals, and new customer sign-ups within your territory - Distribute marketing materials such as door hangers and community information - Represent FastBridge Fiber at local events, pop-ups, and community initiatives - Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals - Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude in every interaction Required Qualifications: - A strong desire to succeed in a performance-based sales role - Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to approach new people - Self-motivated with excellent time management skills - Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily - Resilient and positive attitude when facing rejection - Basic familiarity with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets) - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check - Ability to walk and stand for extended periods - Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed Required Skills: Valid driver’s license, Mobile devices Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401 K Plan, Paid time off and company holidays
