Ideally, you’ll have experience within a retail, FMCG, distribution or multi-site operational environment, with exposure to inventory and product margins. You’ll be highly analytical, commercially curious with the confidence to challenge existing processes, ask the right questions and find better ways of working.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships across both finance and operational teams. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You’ll also bring strong financial systems capability and advanced Excel skills.
If you’re looking for a role where you can lead a team, influence commercial decisions and help shape a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
