Are you ready to build a business of your own?

The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency serving Macon, Warner Robins, Dublin, and the surrounding Middle Georgia communities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support

What We Provide

• Unlimited commission and bonus potential
• $5,000 launch bonus
• Up to $6,000 in office-branding support
• Enhanced compensation with a 340% multiplier
• Up to $500 per month in marketing support
