What you bring

• Prior sales experience (insurance experience is a plus)
• An insurance license, or the ability to get licensed quickly
• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with commission-based, self-directed work
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Ability to pass a background check

What you’ll do

• Open and run your own agency, selling and servicing home, auto, life, and commercial policies
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and local marketing
• Build a growing, renewable book of business, prioritizing long-term client relationships over one-time sales
• Create and execute your own prospecting and marketing plan for the Austin market
• Track renewals and retention to maximize recurring revenue
• Hire, train, and lead a small team as your agency grows
• Tap district mentorship, systems, and support while running your business independently
