Job Description
Summary: Fannie Mae is foundational to housing finance, and they are seeking a Project Management Associate to support their team in planning, initiating, and managing projects. The role involves coordinating efforts to achieve results within planned timelines and budgets, as well as monitoring and reporting on project progress.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects
- Monitor and report on the work of a team
- Report on the progress of a project
- Consult with manager on the refinement of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed
- Manage officer level calendar(s)
- Plan and manage industry events
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
- Calendar management – preferred at the Executive/Officer level
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A focus on Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
- Experience using Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
