We're currently hiring for a Fitness Professional to join our excellent Spa & Wellness team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• Provide a fitness program which caters for all guests incorporating group classes and personal training sessions.
• Deliver a wide variety of group sessions specifically tailored to the environment.
• Effectively demonstrate techniques to all fitness levels.
• Deliver 1-1 personal training sessions.
• Promote the fitness program and actively aim to increase participation.
• Ensure health and safety is to the highest standard and that guests are advised on the effective and safe use of all equipment.
• Take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of equipment and the satisfactory appearance of Carton Spa & Wellness Gym Floor to ensure the meeting of guest high expectations.
• Work independently and proactively provide assistance to all guests.
• Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.
• Pool plant Management.

Key Requirements:

• National qualification in fitness, ITEC or similar
• Pool plant experience
• Passion for fitness
• Enthusiasm and positive
• A real understanding of 5 * health club operations
• Flexibility with working hours and days
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous 4/5* hotel experience
• A structured and organized approach to work planning, class and programme structuring
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar environment
